Brand new Odea

LED Trester and Descaling flashing

Hello
,a new Odea does not vent and the two LEDs (Trester u. Entkalken) flash after 3 venting attempts.
The Maschi e is new, but was more or less only in ei er holiday apartment unused in front of him.
When bleeding, absolutely no drop of water comes out.
What can I do and where do I reach?

Since you will have to force-fill the pump.
Tank out, then in test mode with a syringe try to fill the pump over the.

Whether that works with an Odea I do not know.
