Hello,
so after 8600 pulls the drain valve should not be defective yet. If the coffee comes out next to the nozzles, then I recommend better a new spout. the spout cost 20 euros and you then have peace again. Cleaning the spout does not bring very much because the coffee deposits are on the manifold in the spout where you can not get with a toothpick or any. Either soak in hot water with a cleaning tablet or with fat-dissolving detergent which also only helps to a limited extent. The spout you get off the Neff from the front. The screen where Neff is written on it, you can remove, take the best of a small screwdriver and go from the time to the screen then pull the screen away from the device with some force. The bezel is only plugged but may be a little tighter or a little stuck by the coffee that has leaked.
MFG

Thanks for your tip, I've been struggling to clean the coffee spout for a long time but can't get the bezel off, it's really well done by Neff, looks like a component. I also did not want to break anything, but lo and behold, because of your tip I got the off, the coffee spout dismantled and cleaned, the sahst completely full, unbelievable what a mess. I can only recommend this more often to clean.
