Hello Forum,

wanted to decalcify today, but no water came through the steam nozzle. (now at least it drips very easily if I want to get water)

Now the side cover is down, but there is no hose calcified.

What can it be??? (the steam nozzle possibly????)

how do I get it clean again?????

Please for return info.

THANKS

Supplement:

At the moment of the repair attempt:

Decalcifier in tank, hot water button pressed, short water (drop) removed via nozzle. wait again, hot water button, wait etc. but it remains with the drop. only what I noticed now, because the MAschine suddenly indicated fill water tank, but it was full and over the nozzle almost nothing came: . the water is now in the marc container.

The solenoid valve does not seem to open, may be caught (by limescale).

what can I do against a calcified solenoid valve?? can it be disassembled??

At the moment it is the case that after pressing the hot water button, water comes in for approx. 3 seconds, but is then tight again.

Yes, you can disassemble the valve.
Read this thread through (it's from me in another forum), maybe it will help. The problem was different, namely a solenoid valve which is no longer closed by lime, but here you can see at least the parts:

Thanks first for the tips,

had the solenoid valve disassembled and cleaned. The same error is still present.

In case of steam nothing comes at all, in case of hot water only about 3 seconds what and then it is over, then it only runs into the collection container.

Can it also be the solenoid on the solenoid valve?? can I check it out??

Coffee cover is good, there are no complications!!! :-)

Has already looked at the solenoid valve completely costs (about 35€) -- is it worth trying to buy a new one

I already had several defective solenoid valves in the FNF series, this is not a rare error.
