Hello together,

I am new here in the forum and got my Krups Orchestro Siziliana 860 today. I waited one hour before I switched on the device, as in the BDA, so that the device gets room temperature. However, it is simply very loud when switched on and all LED lights flash. Does anyone have an idea?

If all red LEDs also flash, then the fault is 8, i.e. the brewing unit is blocked. This is usually caused by worn piston rings.

Can you do anything without having to buy a new brewing unit?

Yes, it is. In the net there are some providers for appropriate repair sets with guidance.

So it's the O-rings? I can't find anything else on the net.

Soooooooooooo smile.gif

I thought I'd write again. Because now that I got the XXL Repair Set, installed everything according to the instructions, it still doesn't work.

When I switch on the appliance, the brewing unit has moved to the top, the same noises still come.

Is it the motor that drives the brewing unit?

Has finished tongue.gif The guy I bought the machine from has the engine upside down. Accordingly, I installed it backwards after I took everything apart. I've fixed it now and can finally enjoy my coffee again after many days without it :-)

Nevertheless thanks for the help!! And a happy New Year 2010!
