Good afternoon,

I'd like to know what's going on with this company?
I got my fully automatic coffee machine in August 2019 after a three month
waiting period.

Now I put it into the repair in November 2019 and have not got it back yet. I have already written several emails there and never get

an answer.

Does anyone know what's going on?

Maybe you should contact the dealer, I only see a forum here and no online shop.
