defective hose at instantaneous water heater

hello everyone!
have a problem with my saeco incanto.......
my hose is torn at the instantaneous water heater! wants to replace it, but I can! not get it out! maybe who knows how it works! vele love greetings and thanks in advance

What kind of hose????? How is this fastened or secured with a clamp in a Raccord ,screwed ,pressed with a clamp ??????

hello guest! concerns saeco incanto...
many thanks that you want to help me! on the underside of the floor it says via toretta..... it is a thin hard pvc hose, fixed with a nut....
this hose goes directly into the pipe of the instantaneous water heater....
this hose goes directly into the pipe of the instantaneous water heater... the strength of the tube is approx.....2-3mm. it can not move....and is already torn off at the beginning of the tube......

wrong, this is a teflon tube, inside diameter 2 mm outside 4 mm, if it is fixed with a nut, why don't you turn this nut down? (absolutely hold against! otherwise the crap will tear off)if the nut is loose then simply pack the nipple with a pair of pliers and twist a little then this will come loose, you will need in your case a piece of teflon hose and a cutting ring and the connection piece from the other end, or you will buy ready-made goods but this is sinfully expensive

hi kaffeeplanet!
many thanks for the help... my problem is only that the hose at the end of the metal tube is torn off by the water heater and i can't grip the hose with the pliers anymore..... i turned down the nut anyway.......only the schlacu is so stuck....what can i do? please help me further! thank you!

look up you have on your type plate except Via Toretta is the street name in Gaggia Montano Italy.
There is a SUP number on it SUP021Y or similar ?????? Take a pair of pliers and grab the cutting ring and pull it off with a slight twist. Then try the possibility of either kmpl new hose or with cutting ring as mentioned by Kaffeeplanet .
