Hello, according to Krups customer service must first pull the plug for 1 hour both. In the BA, however, there are only a few seconds. After one hour, the machine automatically performs a reset and then the problem should be solved. Will report here...

So waiting with the hour didn't work out. same mistake . then off to customer service

Did you get the paper with what was the problem or what did they do? I have the same problem

check the brewing unit. cable is oxidized or needs to be re-soldered. front panel must be removed
