Eq.500 TQ507D02 No milk foam

Hello all, I have since a few years a coffee machine from Siemens EQ.500 integral. Am actually also satisfied or was satisfied until now

Today I wanted to let out a latte Mach. unfortunately came out instead of foam only hot milk. Had the problem before not and suddenly so.
I have the front around everything aussenander built and cleaned were also actually clean! No cracks or holes found. Frother, hose to the milk container and co.
also carried out several times milk cleaning.

Hot water comes quite normal,
coffee quite normal,
When I leave the milk container empty and want to have milk foam comes steam, is also normal I think

Cleaned and decalcified it is recently.

Warranty has unfortunately expired.

I can not think of anything else, do you have any idea what can be?

Now I have changed the hose to the milk container and no improvement! I noticed that the milk is lukewarm.

When I let out the milk foam take out the cover and the molded tube very slightly reindrücke comes foam. What I do not understand is that both parts are new. Formschlauch (hose to the milk container) and coffee outlet.
Now I have a small solution in which I have clamped a small spoon between, now comes also milk foam and it is also hot.
