Device no longer runs after cleaning

Hello dear forum members,

I have been a satisfied user of a Melitta Cade Solo & Milk for 4 years.

Unfortunately, a problem has occurred when running the cleaning program.

The machine has not completed the cycle and flashes as shown in the video.


The brew group cannot currently be inserted as the gears are not in the correct position.

Unfortunately, a reset with the known button combination does not work either. Other button functions that I know do not work either.


Can you kindly help me with this problem?
