Rowenta bought new and does not run

Hello, I bought a Rowenta fully automatic coffee machine yesterday and put it into operation right away. I followed everything in the manual, coffee strength, etc. Now I want him to run a cleaning program. Two lights flash on, clac and clean. In the instruction manual it says, I should press service, I did this too, then he works, but no water comes out below. After a short time, the two lamps turn on again, when I press service again, all 4 lamps light up and nothing works anymore. In the manual it says, when all 4 lamps are on, I should take out the Claris cartridge and insert it again, but I don't know what it is or where it is, because it's not described in the manual.
I hope someone can help me, would like to drink a cup of coffee.
