Gaggia Evolution - No Water

hello,

have a problem. with my gaggia evolution no water comes out. so the machine is new (bought yesterday), the first espresso was actually great but now no water comes out anymore... if i turn it on without the sieve carrier, then it drips only after a minute lightly. so you hear the pump at the beginning then you hear nothing more than if it goes out then?
