Siemens not making coffee anymore

My siemens in wall coffee maker has stopped making coffee. On any coffee program it will start the program, but it will not grind the coffee, and it will dump the water in the drip tray. Hot water programs and milk programs work like they should.

The model number is TK76K572, and it's probably about 7 years old. I have cleaned and descaled it, and I do this regularly.

I'm thinking it might be the grinder that is not doing it's part, but I think it's weird that the water then go into the drip tray and not out of the nozzle. I also feel that the duration of the program is way shorter than it was when it actually made coffe, so I'm also thinking it might be software related.
