Nespresso De Longhi EN 680 Satin Chrome

who also had such bad experiences with the Nespresso De Longhi ?

I bought the machine 8 months ago.
At the beginning everything went great until I had the idea to make me a latte.
1 Preparing latte is still possible, 2 are a disaster.

There are funny ´Spuckgeräusche`, like when you wanted to prepare hot water, the glass is only half full.

I decalcify every 3 weeks, use Brita - filter, ventilate, I also always press the clean button 2x. clean the milk container.......

What should I do??????????

Decalcify, de-aerate, clean.
The machine was already blocked when I checked it through, one nozzle was blocked, the next time it would be charged. Great.

If I'd known before, I wouldn't have bought the machine.
