I am trying to repair my fully automatic coffee machine and would be happy if someone is there who could tell me which spare part(s) could help me based on the evaluation.

In the last 5-8 weeks, more frequently - BRÜHEINHEIT REINIGEN - was displayed, about every week. The brewing unit was always cleaned and then continued to run without any problems. In the course of a cleaning and descaling process, however, the machine stopped again and again after the 1st process - cleaning milk frother - with the note "Please call the hotline".
