Process interrupted! No Coffee

I have a big problem, the machine has been in use for 3 days and the coffee does not flow even though it is well ground. When I restart the machine the coffee flows again until the problem starts again...there is a lot of water in the drip tray even though I always put a glass in front of it! and the ground coffee is not well rounded! I sent the machine back to maxicoffee who offered me an exchange for another new machine. What do you think about it?
