Repair Quickmill Monza Deluxe 5008

Hello,
I'm about to get a defective Quickmill Monza Deluxe 5008. According to the seller, when the machine is turned on, water is running out of the bottom. According to a repair service a valve should be defective.

Now my question. Is there a repair manual, exploded view, or a water flow chart for the Quickmill?

Hello,

I've stopped the machine and opened it. The boiler's leaking. The water pushes itself out of the seal at the lower extremely large screw (see red circle on the photo).
Now the question is what to do? Replace boiler? Or can the boiler be overhauled?

What the boiler looks like I would replace it with a new one

There are not so many spare part dealers for a Quickmill fully automatic machine.
So my procedure would be so,
1. removal of the boiler
2. cleaning the above, because it is copper.
3. Seal can certainly fit from a screen carrier machine from the range of Quickmill or others.

The first above shop has something there, but only the heater rod, they may get you a seal and other parts.

So, I have now removed the boiler myself, and ordered a new one, since it had a hole.
I still have a question. Is there a circuit diagram of the 4 relays on the boiler? Which color is connected where? Or can somebody take a picture of his relays where you can see the occupancy?
I have the feeling, the previous owner has put it around.

So, if one should land here times over Google.
I had given the machine to the local repairer for the purpose of cost estimate. He wanted 500€ for the boiler + heating + another 200€ for the working time. He meant total economic loss. Then I thought to myself that I had nothing more to lose and removed the kettle myself. Heating removed, and tested. It still works! You've already saved money. Then rum rum phone about a new boiler. Everyone wanted between 280 and 320€ for it.
Then I drove from Cologne to Düsseldorf to Espresso Perfettto, they looked at it and ordered me one,
No idea from where, but the part cost 125€ + VAT. Then everything around and installed, and the machine works again perfectly!!!

Thanks for the information, you may have an illustrated guide for removal and connections for the relays?
set them up if you like, it would be very helpful for other users and searchers too.

No, I'm afraid I haven't. I photographed the still connected relays again before disconnecting them. The expansion is not as bad as I expected. You just have to photograph everything exactly, so that you don't have any problems with the assembly afterwards.
