Brewing unit cannot be removed

Hello,
I have a problem and that is;
I have a Philips 2200 lattego.
A few days ago, when I wanted to take out the coffee drip tray, I noticed that something was wrong. I was able to get it out with a little force and that's where my problem starts; now I can't get the drip tray back in because there is some resistance. Brewing mechanism is stuck and not in neutral position. Since I can't put the drip tray in, nothing happens. So neither brewing unit can be removed nor can the drip tray be inserted.unsure.gif
