Hose burst in the brew group

Water ran into the drip tray during the brewing process, then disassembled brew group and saw that the hose had come loose. I fixed it and reassembled everything. Started the program, there was a plopping sound during the brewing process and the water ran back into the drip tray. Disassembled everything again and now the hose burst. My question what is the reason and where can I get spare parts?
