My Intelia has recently had only coffee dripping from the spout
The pump is also very loud at the beginning, but then it gets very quiet and then comes some coffee, a lot of water collects in the collection container.
The hot water preparation, on the other hand, works perfectly.
Brewing group is cleaned and the machine is also decalcified

Has anyone experienced which component could be defective?

Have you ever removed and cleaned the sieve of the brewing unit?
What happens with a powder coating without powder?

I also cleaned the sieve and then tried this without a sieve with the preparation for powdered coffee. But unfortunately with the same result.

Decalcified over the brewing unit? Descaler clean and run descaler over the brewing unit with the test mode.
Google after "intelia service manual" Everything is explained in it.

Thank you for your tips
I have already tried that as well
I have already let the descaler work over night but it doesn't work anything
I will try to replace some parts like flowmeter and expansion valve

Thank you very much again

Flowmeter, I don't think so. What exactly the expansion valve is, I don't know. You mean the pressure relief valve? Neither is that. I'd rather tap the steam valve. Spare part number 996530068077
Since hot water works and the pump becomes quiet when making coffee there must be somewhere where the fault lies.
The models don't have a slider.
What happens in test mode when you pump water without driving the brewing unit into the brewing position? Is the pump going to be quiet? The water would then have to come out of the support valve and run into the bowl under the brewing unit.

The one with the steam valve sounds good. I haven't considered that yet.
How I do the test mode you would have to explain to me. unfortunately I don't know that.

Thank you in advance

Here you can download the Service Manual. It's explained in there.

I have found the error
Thanks to the test mode I have seen that the intake nozzle at the brewing unit has a tear.

Many thanks again for your trouble

Oh, great. It's a nasty mistake. You have to see it first.
