Brew group no longer comes out

Hello dear ones, I wanted to contain my Delonghi Magnifiga automatic cappuccino yesterday but it just did not go into the descaling program , it hatnzr rinsed and at some point I gave up and then I wanted to clean the machine but do not get the brew group out.
Is there a trick to this?

Have the machine only since Christmas 2020.

Hello Maike,

but you switched off the machine to remove the brew group ?
It can only be removed when the machine is switched off.
