TP503D04 no more milk foam

Hi all,

my TP503D04 suddenly stops producing milk foam.
I have cleaned all the parts but only warm milk comes through.

What could be the reason for this? As a cause on the Siemens site is written that the milk system is clogged and the cleaning the milk system in the dishwasher to be done.

But that has not remedied.
