Jura ENA4 grinder help

My Jura ENA4 displayed the FILL BEANS message after about twelve years. Everything I read said that this message is likely pointing to a burr replacement.
Having already rebuilt the brew group, I thought I could handle replacing the burrs myself. Unfortunately, I must have done something wrong as the burrs must be out of alignment and the FILL BEANS message still appears. My arthritic 72 year-old hands are just not up to the task.
Is there anyone in the Pacific Northwest who knows what to do and could get the grinder operational for me? I would gladly pay you for your time and expertise. I live in central Washington state.
