It is not as complicated as it looks: the 7-wire plug belongs in the corresponding plug contact of the power board. It only fits in there.
The slightly longer wire belongs to the top right, where the switch for the end of the pressing process is located. It is switched by a switching flag of the BE. Then the switch for recognizing the BE. It is operated with the lever on the BE. The wire for this is usually yellow and not very long. So these wires belong to the right-angled flag on the switch. Directly at the corner of the respective switch is the connection for the ground wire. This one is often the blue one.
The contacts on the electronic board are marked: Heating - grinder +, grinder - , pump, neutral (N), line (L) phase, protective (yellow/green), L' and N' for the transformer.
All this refers to the Bosch-Benvenutos Piano. The Nivona has the same components in it.
