Restart EQ 500 Classic device

Hello,
I had today while I was with the EQ 500 in the calkn Clean program was a stormauffall. Since then, nothing works.
When I turn on the machine, there appears "device is rinsed after service termination.
I should fill water...that still works. Insert the filter when I press OK, it immediately says "Restart device" and then it goes on and on.
Does anyone have a tip what I can do now.
