WMF

Hello everyone, as you can easily see, I am new here in the forum. So first a Hello
to the machine and its problem: it is a WMF Bistro (think easy) 6 Kw already a little older. The single components can be
checked. Error memory is empty.

When switching on, you hear a clacking sound and then you hear "heating up", but this is apparently not done,

everything remains cold.

Can anyone tell me or explain to me what the problem might be? Or how I can check if there is any current at all at

this component?

The easiest thing would be to check if the heating rod is defective, I suppose. Can

I could get an electrician to do that if someone could tell me

what he should be looking for.
