Water indicator flashes, too little water coming in

Hello everyone,

The water indicator on my Esam is flashing. When I let out hot water via the steam regulator, it goes out. Then the next cup breaks early again, the water light flashes.

In addition, the machine wants to be decalcified, although I have already run the program three times.

Brewing unit I have cleaned. I also had the BE and the water tank from my mother's machine in it as a test. Same error. That can't be the problem then...

Does anyone have any ideas what else I could try?
