Water outlet from water tank

When I fill the water tank and plug it in, water always runs out of the tank in the area of the transition to the water inlet of the machine. It seems to be leaking a little bit here. Otherwise the machine works perfectly. At the moment I try to fill the tank with water only when I "tap" coffee and empty the tank again immediately afterwards. But if I forget, then everything is under water! Can anyone help me?
