Caffeo Solo E950-103 no coffee at the spout

Hello coffee friends - I'm desperate and also I needed urgently times a coffee.

To my problem: The Caffeo Solo has from one day to the other the coffee after brewing let drain inside and under the machine was a puddle. With the help of the constructive posts here on the forum, I did two things: 1) replaced drain valve 2) completely disassembled brewing unit, replaced lip seal ring + 2 o-rings.

All parts didn't look terribly broken and the result was that after the operation the coffee still runs out through the compensation container and water comes out of the brewing unit uncontrollably above the pomace container. During the brewing process, I have the feeling that the pressing of the coffee takes a long time until the coffee is finally drained inside.

I have already run the cleaning program in desperation to see what still comes out of the outlet. Everything is OK.

For the next step I would need a good tip on what else it could be.
