Brewing unit eq500 stiff

Hello,

I have had a Siemens eq500 for some time now.

I have been using it normally, cleaning it, descaling it, etc.

Now the problem

Switch on the machine - want to pre-rinse, the brewing unit works but you can hear it... it is stiff and turns with difficulty...

The message Clean brewing unit appears, although it has already been cleaned...

The brewing unit is stuck so firmly in the machine that you can't just get it out again...

With the trick of pressing the motor with a spoon on the door switch, the brew group turns so far that the brew group can be removed...


The real problem is that nothing is obviously broken, the brew group just needs to be cleaned properly, more than it already is ....

How do you get it clean without necessarily having to buy a new brew group...
