Brewing unit

Hello everybody.

I'm new here and don't know my way around yet.

I can't find anything about the brewing unit.

So to the problem: After cleaning the brewing unit I was distracted and put it in the wrong way. Now I can't get it out!

Anyone know how I can get it out? I can see through the top crack that it's putting something into the brewing unit and I can't get it up to get it out.

I hope someone knows what they're doing. Because I've already talked to Siemens on the phone. I wanted to get a technician here, but in this case it's not. I'd have to have it sent over, daw lsnn up to three weeks.
