Water quantity at Intelia Evo Bella

Secondly, I can't get to grips with my new fully automatic machine. It is a Saeco Intelia Evo Bella HD 8770 and currently Lavazza caffe Crema Classico beans are filled in.

Experimenting with grind (I know the finer, the stronger), water quantity and starch settings at the moment and can't get on a green branch. The coffee is either too thin but bitter or too strong or tastes like old coffee grounds smell...

How should I adjust the amount of water and grind of the beans? The factory setting is 170ml for coffee, which is far too much.

How are your machines set?
