I bought a "fully functional" CI970-101 at the WE gebraucht. The device was cleaned comett, about 9,000 covers. I tested 1x Café crema on site. Yesterday we wanted to test all other functions. Milk foam does not work, it comes only warm milk, from foam no trace. After all, normal coffee broths went. At least this morning I wanted a café crema. Now the brewing process is constantly interrupted and the beans are filled in. They're in there, of course.

Any idea?

I'd try some other beans. I also have the problem from time to time when I test new beans and they are too oily. Try Melitta, Lavazza or Coffee Circle.
I would clean the milk system, preferably check for blockages, etc. That can stick together and then the
result is bad. Greetings Stephan
