making a drink but no beans are grinding

hi all, caffeo varianza csp machine is making a full drink, but its not grinding the beans. the grinder is running and the machine continues to make a drink. it doesnt even stop to say refill beans.
i'm presuming there is a blockage in the grinder part that makes it think there are beans in there. but could be wrong. If it is this, how can i get to it to unblock?

Hello,

A blockage of the mill is unlikely... a defective motor of the grinder is much more likely.

So disassemble and look at... or check...
