No more real milk foam

Hello
, I'm afraid I can't get any real milk foam out of my
machine.

Have replaced the drainage valve, the outlet valve and the rubber outlet at the front of the milk hose. The outlet valve helped to prevent the milk from splashing and the machine from being steamed. That's great for once. Now the milk comes quite properly but almost without foam. Can anyone here give you any advice on this?

The drainage valve has very little to do with this... Outlet valve rather also not as long as it is the right one (because of the release threshold)

So we are at the rubber front... you should clean them again properly, also manually with pipe cleaner or something....
