Krups ea90 problem

Hello!
I have a problem with a krups ea90, it has error 25, moreover, when I plug it in it starts automatically, and when I give ok on the error write goodbye and stay on. It doesn't stop at the button.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?
Do you have any resolution?
