Hi guys,

I'm new here in the forum. I have the following problem.

I bought a used Cafamosa CF90 for my office. Replaced the O-rings on the brewing unit and re-greased them. The brewing unit now runs much better. Furthermore I had to exchange the engine because the mounting is broken when I tighten it. Furthermore some smaller O-rings were exchanged.

My problem is, the coffee doesn't taste good. By that I don't mean that it is too limp, but much more it doesn't smell pleasant.

The pads aren't muddy and nicely firm.
What do you think it could be? Brewing unit?

For your help I am already grateful

Greeting
Massimo

Possibly it smells strictly from the coffee spout..If coffee stays in there for a longer period of time it gets disgusting.
You could otherwise remove and clean it, or renew it right away..should not cost much.
