Hi s all, I own a 98' Gaggia Classic practically new, put the machine in operation I performed a decalcification/sanitization, everything works like a charm but . I am not satisfied with the coffee it makes, let me explain, I can not give the coffee a "cream" worthy of an espresso, reading various forums I lowered the pressure of the pump to 9 bar compared I on the 12 abundant factory, but the coffee always comes out "fast" without being able to make a cream ... I use coffee of excellent quality but already ground and vacuum, to fill the portafilter I use the disator and then at the coffee ... I have made various attempts but always disappointing results.
