Mellita Barista error closing coffee powder lid

My Melitta Cafeo barista coffee maker won't let me make coffee because it gives me the error of closing the coffee powder lid.

Please, could someone tell me what is wrong? How can I solve it?

Hello, check whether there is a contact nose on the powder compartment lid or a magnet.
Either the nose is broken off, which would then lead to the contact switch not being actuated, or if it is a magnet, then the magnet will be weak or the reed contact defective.

in the brewing unit then again an error message. It would make more sense to install a new reed contact.
