we have a Siemens EQ.6 s300 for just under 1 year and max 1,000 cups let out.
Since the latest comes directly after switching on and pressing the desired coffee the error "please fill bean hopper" with a renewed actuate he lets out all further cups without error. The error only occurs once the machine has been restarted.
We have already cleaned everything, emptied and cleaned the bean hopper and performed a facotry reset. In the server menu I have also been able to run the grinder test successfully.
I would like to disassemble the machine reluctantly because my knowledge here is limited.
Do you have any ideas?
