I have owned the eq 9 for 3 years I drink daily and I still have the same problems as on the first day because the Jura has before significantly more problems I use distilled water from the beginning because this causes a lot of damage in the coffee machines even with the Britta filters is still not clean water out and man must clean them at least 2 times a week coffee covers are now 45568 and I have never had to buy anything

Good for you. But it doesn't help anybody.

Same problem. Water runs directly to drip tray. Anyone had luck to disassemble?
...or solve problem with water in drip tray?

If you want to get the top part of the eq9 off (it only hangs on one side when the two white levers are folded down) just take all your courage and pull the top up (the pivot point is the side where the thing is still attached). Are basically only 2 platic noses, but they are very flexible

But I do not take responsibility. I've opened mine like this at least five times.

the top part still comes off relatively easily when the locks are released, it is best to lever it up from front to back with a plastic part (cake scraper or similar) on the right side. But then I can't get any further, someone wrote in the spirit of "pull the back wall up and then take out the side panels." The back wall doesn't move at all, I could loosen the left side part, but it remains stuck to the back wall and then I can't get
any further.

Yes, with the plastic noses you really need a lot of force and some patience, but you see no traces on these and are very robust.

I have EQ9 S700....Can you tel me why appears on display "refill with still water or remove filter"..... When I make coffee, the machine grinds but nothing flows into the cup
