today I have registered because I hope to get perhaps the necessary tip that could solve my problem. I have had a Viesta One Touch 500 for some time now, which replaced my Severin KV 8055. No branded goods and really nothing special. Unfortunately, we still have a problem with the machine.
When preparing milk, there is no foam, only milk. The milk doesn't get very hot either, rather warm. With this problem we sent the device 2 times to the dealer. He is said to have been successful after several attempts and minor repairs. I can't understand that.
I have already pressed the adjusting screw on the device in all positions. Nothing's gonna change that. Last cause according to the dealer: The machine draws too much milk. I should squeeze the hose a little.
Something can help if I hold the milk hose to the surface so that some air is sucked in, but that can't be it.
I have already completely disassembled the milk nozzle, cleaned it and put it back together again. But it didn't help..
Has somebody any further tips for me?
