Miele cm 5500 does not draw water

Our miele cm5500 has probably drawn air, water tank was empty, nin it no longer draws water.
How can I bleed it?
Pump runs, but message Insert water tank in continuous loop, other menu items select is not possible.

Have now checked hoses for continuity, until after the flow heater definitely runs water, I drain the hose after the flow heater and direct the water into a vessel, the machine also switches from heat up to rinse and select drink.
Error F17 now appears when all hoses are back in place.
The red, white, clear hose after the ceramic valve to the outlet is also continuous.
What can be with the ceramic valve, after only once water tank empty?
What else can I try?

Hello, the ceramic valve could be leaky or not move correctly to the positions.
Several causes can also generate this error.

Check the ceramic valve, you must then open it and check the driver for damage. Clean, silicone grease.
Defect? If the vertei head is still intact, you can take the base body from another. Melitta, Jura, Nivona etc. Plugs may have to be reworked.

After a long time I have now finally disassembled the ceramic valve, a passage was calcified, but not completely closed. Otherwise, everything looked intact, have decalcified, some silicone grease on it, reinstalled...Error 17 remains.

Mal ne very simple question, is there the one position in which the discs must stand at the beginning? Have somewhere what of wrong position..no passage.... read. Is there a picture, could not find anything on the net.

Check the microswitches with a multimeter to see if they switch cleanly.
