Our Siemens built in bean to cup was turned off and poorly stored (humidity, construction dust) for 3 years.

When I turned it on again it came up with "fill water tank".

When I came back from that the machine was off, no lights, and it will not turn on again.

Are there any common electrical issues I could investigate? Any common spare parts to replace like a PCB?
