AEG CF 350 Water is no longer pumped

Hello,

I need your help with my AEG Cafemosa CF350Here is the problem: Since I wanted to make a coffee the other day the machine cracked and a spring (spiral) was lying in the machine bed.
Since then, the
machine has not been
able to
finish the cleaning process at the beginning of each start procedure and always acknowledges the attempt with : "Fill water." The container is filled.

Unscrew the device and check...?

Obviously there is no water being drawn or pumped...

Unfortunately I cannot take any pictures. I opened and closed the device. Everything seems to be clean and in order so far. Can't explain to me at least where the feather might have come from. Looks like a spring from a ballpoint pen.
