Hello,
that you won't get any foamed milk will not be due to the coupling either.
I assume with 99% certainty that one of the overheating protections of the steam heating is defective. This can have many causes. As a layman I would keep my hands off it and have the machine repaired.
Test your machine to see if you can only draw steam.
Also, take out the milk container, use the water pipette. Then select steam supply in the operational state. When you actually get steam, your steam heating works. Is it just water? See above, an overheating protection defective.

Possible causes are e.g.:
- calcification
- weak pump performance
- thermal sensor on steam heating defective
- thermal paste between thermal sensor and heating must be replaced.

hi
,and if there is neither water nor milk foam but an
error message on the display.

"Coffee too finely ground"

Do you have

an angle on that.

Thanks

Hi,

that can have many causes. In any case there is a blockage
in the
water system.

This can be calcification or added sieves of the

brewing group or brew head.
To be on the safe side, I would remove, disassemble, clean and reassemble the brewing head and assembly with greased new seals
. Afterwards

still decalcify, then

everything

should

run again.

For cleaning, I recommend a special cleaner that

dissolves

coffee deposits

. There are

plenty of instructions for this

on the net. VGBernd
