Nivona Romatica NCR 620

Hello together,

have the following error pattern at my machine: If I have drawn milk foam and then want to brew the coffee, first the red switch on button and the 1-cup draw button flash alternately and shortly after that the machine automatically lets water run into the collecting bowl with the red button flashing, until probably the lower temperature for coffee preparation has been reached. I know such a behavior e.g. from the old JURA Scala, there it is intended so. But with the Nivona 620 this would have to be a mistake, because in the operating instructions any reference is missing! I then called the very nice Nivona hotline, unfortunately they couldn!!! ! Very sad! I couldn! help myself there, I made the suggestion of the Nivona service consultant to decalcify the device intensively several times, but without success. I could imagine that the temperature sensor of the heater is slightly defective, but I am missing the resistance value at 20 degrees, then I could check this. Question: Who knows the data of the sensor or has another idea where the error could be?

the resistance value should be approx. 12kOhm at 20°C.
