Hello, overnight the above fully automatic coffee machine emptied completely. Thought it was the water tank at first. It's thick, though. At least if I put it separately, no water will leak out of it.

Of course the machine is just out of warranty;-(

Is there either a possibility for laymen to fix the error or can someone give me a good address for an affordable repair in the area of Neuss / Düsseldorf?
