Gaggia Brera even when turned off, it leaks water!

I bought a Gaggia Brera yesterday, and even when turned off, the water tank slowly empties on its own and fills the dropper tray at the bottom.
How is this possible?

Hello, if this KVA is new, it still has warranty.
So exchange.

Seal on water tank defective or hose slipped inside.
