E6 Function error "Fill system

Our Jura E6 purchased on 22.11.22 at EXPERT in Geretsried is already for the second time in repair with the same functional error pattern. It starts with the prompt after switching on or waking up with the prompt "fill system", "open rotary knob". After that, only a minimal amount of coffee in the form of espresso flows into the cup (5 to 10 mL). When turned off, the entire machine steams and no rinse water flows from the spout. According to Jura, the first time this happened, the drain motor was replaced. The Jura was for about 3 weeks out of the house. After about another 3 weeks, the same error pattern occurred again. I have brought the machine to a specialist company in Munich. So far without Erfebnis. JURA has, in my opinion, installed a customer complaints team that only puts the customer on hold by phone. The offer after my email was: after renewed repair they send the machine nevertheless to Singen. We will then check it again. Replacement machines are not available (anymore). I as a customer feel left alone. In addition, from my point of view, there is a design flaw: the coffee beans no longer slide to the grinder on their own. They get jammed in the protective sieve and block the refilling of the grinder, which means that you have to refill them yourself. From my point of view, the high quality functional promise that I had so appreciated as more than 30 years of Jura is no longer met. My conclusion: a lot of money spent and I just have to be annoyed.wub.gif
