EA81 Cleaning not correct

After the machine requests a cleaning and I have started it according to the instructions and correctly placed the original tablet in the slot, the cleaning process is carried out (approx. 13 minutes). However, when the cleaning is finished, the tablet falls into the pulp container unused and undissolved. What could be the problem?
